Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali, the PKR deputy president said that the culture of apple polishing, hand kissing, and worshipping leaders which was practice in Unmo is rising within PKR and has to be stopped.
According to him, the party members should adopt all challenging idealism and shouldn’t obsess with the leaders. He has started to see the hand kissing approach like what took place in Unmo. As per him, this is not a healthy culture and shouldn’t be present in the party. He said in the New Malaysia speech for the Terengganu PKR members that rather the members need to be loyal to the struggles of the party so that they are not shaken and move away from the principles.
In here, Tian Chua, the PKR Vice-President, Shamsul Iskandar Md Akin, the vice-presidential candidate, the PKR’s women Chief, Zuraida Kamaruddin had been present. The members of PKR in the state are all set to go to polls for deciding the leadership of the party on this weekend.
