Tensions between PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and his deputy, Datuk Seri Azmin Ali, are risking the party’s wellbeing and good reputation.

Party leaders and members now have spoken out, wanting the internal rift within PKR to be settled as soon as possible.

They say it has been dragging on for too long.

Anwar has made it clear several times that the party unity is crucial and seems to be more proactive towards it. However, Azmin, on the other hand, has not been responsive, with him having not attended the party’s meetings since the party election more than a year ago.

There is an urgent need for the party’s elected leaders to come together with Anwar and Azmin and for them to have an open and heart-to-heart discussion.
