Rashid Din, PKR election committee chairman have confirmed today that 3 divisions in Sabah is going to undergo re-election this weekend. When they had been contacted by FMT, the re-election in Keningau and Tawau is going to be held on 10th November. However, the re-election in Pensiangan is going to be held just the next day.
He stated that the polls in Keningau and Tawau have to be cancelled because of the commotion in between the supporters of Ramizi Ramli and Mohamed Azmin ali who are locked in a serious contest for the post of deputy president.
In the meantime, for Pensiangan division, they have to undergo a re-election as polling had been extended because of the overwhelming crowd. The Tawau and Keningau PKR divisional election were held on 3rd November while Pensiangan division election had taken place on 4th November.
The official results of 22 out of 25 divisions in Sabah showcase that Azmin is leading the poll by 1,611. The official results that had been posted on the website of the party put Azmin with 9,325 votes.
