PETALING JAYA – KR vice-president Zuraida Kamaruddin has taken leave from her party post, her political secretary Nor Hizwan Ahmad announced on Wednesday

According to Nor Hizwan, Zuraida sent a letter to PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim relinquishing her position in any programs at the party’s divisions and branches until disciplinary proceedings against her end.

Nevertheless, Zuraida may still perform her duties in other capacities within the party. Zuraida is currently facing disciplinary issues, including a speech at a dinner function last December following a boycott at the final day of the party’s national congress in Melaka.
